Four Steps to Healthy Working

You need to stay healthy, not only for your own sake but for the sake of your friends, family and loved ones.

Here are four steps for starters:

1. Your chair....

Take a close look at your chair - does it support your pelvis and your spine correctly? Is it adjustable, if so is it adjusted correctly for you?

2. Your desk....

Have you got a height adjustable desk? If so are you using it to its full potential? There is no correct or incorrect ration for sitting/standing, the main point is to keep moving.

3. Your Posture.....

Are you using a monitor arm to avoid neck ache? Use mulitple screens to help keep your eyes at the right level.

4. Fatigue Management...

Make sure you are getting enough sleep, its easy to work longer hours or out of hours if you are working from  home. Take regualar breaks and excerisise little and often. A height ajustable desk increases concentration, reduces fatigue and keeps you on the move. Sedentary behaviour doesnt do anyone any good!
