Often our customers want reassurance on various points regarding our Dynamisk desks, so we have put together a list of Frequently Asked Questions which you may find useful….

• DO YOU OFFER AN INSTALLATION SERVICE?
• Yes we do, this is an option on the add on accessories on every desk page. If you choose to use our installers the delivery time will be extended to between 7-10 days, rather than the normal next day delivery. The installers will bring the desk with them.

• CAN I HAVE A DESKTOP MADE TO ANY SIZE ?
• Sure, we can make you a top to any size you want. The minimum depth would be 600mm and the minimum width 800 wide. Once you have ordered the desk you want, you then also need to order the bespoke top size product which is under Desk Accessories and make a note of the size you want in the notes section. Please note delivery on bespoke sized desks can take up to 4 weeks.

• I AM OVER 6FT TALL- WILL YOUR HEIGHT ADJUSTABLE DESK LIFT HIGH ENOUGH FOR ME?
• Yes, many of our customers are in this height bracket. It would be best to go for the Dynamisk 2 which has a range of 640mm-1300mm.

• WHAT IS THE MAIN DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A DYNAMISK 1 AND A DYNAMISK 2?
• Both desks are dual motor, but the Dynamisk 2 has a greater weight limit and lifts to slightly higher than the Dynamisk 1.

• DO THE DESKS WOBBLE AT ALL?
• No, our dynamisk desks are top quality,  manufactured in Sweden and have no rock or wobble. We do not sell cheap imports.

• HOW DOES THE GUARANTEE WORK?
• The 5-year guarantee is from the manufacturer in Sweden but if in the unlikely event you do have any problems you would solve the issue through Emotion Office. Please email hello@emotionoffice.co.uk.

• DO YOU SELL TOPS AND FRAMES SEPARATELY?
• Yes certainly, we can supply a top only or a frame only.

• IF I PURCHASE A FRAME ONLY DOES IT INCLUDE SCREWS TO USE TO ATTACH TO MY TOP?
• Yes the frame only packs include a pack of wood screws.

• HOW EASY IS IT TO ASSEMBLE THE DESK MYSELF?
• Not a very easy question to answer! It is certainly not as complicated as you might think but it does all depend how practical you are. It may help you to look at the assembly video on our videos page to see how it is assembled, before you decide whether to book the installation service.

• HOW HEAVY ARE BOXES WHEN DELIVERED?
• The top and frame will be delivered in separate boxes, the frames are approx. 32kg and the tops range from 20-30kg depending on the size.

• WHAT ARE THE DESK TOPS MADE OF?
• They are made from Melamine Faced Particle Board. Very strong and practical and easy to wipe down.

• DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS?
• We have some special offer bundles where the products are at discounted prices, these are on a tab on the main header bar. If you are ordering 3+ of the same item please contact us for a quantity discount.

• CAN I MAKE MY DESK MOBILE?
• Yes, any desk can have a set of castors fitted, these are listed on our desk accessories page.

          CAN I TRY OUT THE CHAIRS ANYWHERE

           We have a small showroom in Shrewsbury SY5 where you are                       welcome to try a range of chairs, and if you live locally we offer for               you to trial the chair at home for a couple of days, FOC, providing               you transport the chair both ways.
