The coccyx or tailbone is a small triangular shaped bone at the base of your spine.It is easy to damage this bone by incorrect and prolonged seating postures.
A coccyx cut out provides ample space for you to rest your tailbone, keeping your coccyx suspended and preventing it coming into direct contact with your seat.
