View ProductThe Access to Work Grant is a UK Government-funded scheme that provides financial and practical support for people with a disability, health condition, or learning difficulty to help them start or stay in work.
This grant helps to remove workplace barriers by funding essential adjustments, specialist equipment, and support services — ensuring every individual can work safely, comfortably, and productively.
After applying for an Access to Work grant and having an assessment you may be asked for 3 quotes or you may just be awarded funds for particular items, eg you could be awarded a certain amount for a height adjustable desk, and then a different amount for an erognomic chair.
Sometimes the grants awarded dont seem stack up with realistic costs of products which is why we have created a bundle deal, to make it easier to get everything in one place and enable you to get the best equipment within the grant awarded.
Whether you need an ergonomic office chair, a height-adjustable sit-stand desk, or assistive technology, the Access to Work Grant can cover part or all of the costs, depending on your circumstances.
How It Works
-
Apply Online: Employees or self-employed individuals apply directly through the GOV.UK website.
-
Assessment: An Access to Work advisor may arrange a workplace assessment to identify the support or equipment required.
-
Recommendations: You’ll receive a report outlining the approved adjustments or equipment needed.
-
Funding Approval: The grant covers the cost of agreed items or services, paid either directly to you or your employer.
